Today, it is an ideal destination to soak up the ready-to-wear creative atmosphere. After joining your guide near the Royal Palace, you will start your designers tour, going through many famous brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, Lanvin and many others, but also young designers in secret fashion boutiques. Along the way, your guide will reveal you stories and anecdotes about the great designers and their lives... Afterwards, you will take the subway (or Autolib) to the artisan district where you will enjoy a good lunch in an authentic Parisian bistro frequented by local artists.

ITINERARY
Your day begins near the Royal Palace where you will join your guide. Then, you will enjoy a 2,5-hour walk in the Paris' trendiest neighbourhoods where the big fashion names are, such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Sonia Rykiel, Chanel and Hermes. Your guide will tell you the story of their beginnings and many anecdotes about their lives and their careers. You will then go into the artisan district and its Faubourg Saint Honoré to savour an on-site lunch in a real bistro famous amongst the district's artisans. In the afternoon you will discover the biggest brands such as Hermès, Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent: Paris is really the fashion capital!

Originally from an artisan family in Provence, then former globe-trotter and fashion designer specialized in hats and accessories, I finally and definitively settled in Paris, my adoption city, which spells on me since childhood. As an omniscient narrator, I plunge my audience back in time: my tours allow curious visitors to see Paris from an artistic angle to feel the magnetism that the French capital and its different neighborhoods have breathed within painters, singers, actors, writers, photographers, designers and musicians who have lived there and still live on in their city's memory. Because Paris is more than the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower. Paris is also small cafés, squares, old cobblestones, gardens and many other places, all impregnated with a historical past that left a vintage and creative atmosphere in every corner of the city - and whose contemporary artists are inspired to design the trends of tomorrow. From Coco Chanel to Yves Saint Laurent, through Serge Gainsbourg, Jean Cocteau, Ernest Hemingway, Pablo Picasso and Van Gogh, let me show you the historical and magical Paris in a chic decor full of anecdotes.
