This walk in the Halle Paul Bocuse, in a warm and gourmet atmosphere, will allow you to taste the best specialties of Lyon and will make you understand why Lyon is considered the capital of French gastronomy. The typical "bouchons" restaurants, the "mothers", these female chefs who make the reputation of his cuisine and finally, Paul Bocuse, the iconic restaurant owner from Lyon whose name is known throughout the world.

I like to create a fun and friendly atmosphere, and I’m fascinated by the origins of everything; from history, to languages and wines.
