As well as running my chocolate tours, I am currently consulting for various businesses on cost analysis, strategy, taste analysis and recipe development. I also write and speak about chocolate, desserts and food for different events and publications, and am hatching plenty of plans for the future. I was privileged enough to be on the Grand Jury of the International Chocolate Awards, Academy of Chocolate Awards and Great Taste Awards.
