Your Special Hidden Budapest Walking Tour

Venture off the beaten track to uncover secret stories and treasures

WITH
Tamás's TEAM | about the guide

The Costa Brava is one of the most romantic, beautiful and unspoiled stretches of coast in Europe. Where else can you walk along rugged pink rocks with the teal-colored Mediterranean glimmering below, framed by grand, arabesque pines? Gloriously wild in parts and tastefully styled in others, the Costa Brava has some of the finest sandy beaches, elegant horseshoe bays and secluded smuggler coves. During your full-day Costa Brava tour, you’ll explore the stretch of coast between Pals and Palamos including the Medieval hilltop town of Pals, encircled by the city’s ancient walls and overlooking the stunning horseshoe bays of Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell. You’ll then discover the wildest corner of the Costa Brava and the picturesque whitewashed village of Calella de Paraflugel, where you’ll have time to sample the local cuisine and swim in one of the bluest parts of the Mediterranean.

I was born and raised in Pest, the best side of the city! Inspired by my father’s improvised history lessons, I decided that I wanted to work in tourism at the early age of 13. As a guide, I have an important teaching role and always feel rewarded when clients discover new places and facts. It goes without saying that I also learn a lot along the way. My colleagues and I enjoy sharing the city’s highlights and engaging visitors’ attention through quizzes and stories. The aim? To make our guiding company, country and city proud! The best part of guiding is meeting people from all around the world, sharing Hungarian history and learning new things every day. Bálint, György (George), László, Brigi (Bridget), Zsolt, the rest of the team and I can’t wait to show you around the city!
