Barcelona is famous for architecture, tapas and… Football! If you’re a huge football fan, this is your opportunity to find out more about the history of FC Barcelona and explore the Camp Nou Stadium.
To start the tour, your football savvy guide will take you around the Camp Nou Stadium where legendary players like Johan Cruyff, Messi, Xavi, Guardiola and Maradona have left their mark. At the most visited museum in Barcelona, you’ll not only live the “official Nou Experience”, but also learn all about the history of the club complete with secret stories and amusing anecdotes from the point of view of a true FC Barcelona fan. Next stop, the stadium itself where you’ll be able to visit the away team changing room and the president’s tribune. Don’t worry, there’ll be plenty of time to take photos of the stadium from outside and also from the stands as a perfect souvenir of this unique experience.
The tour then finishes with a refreshing artisanal beer in a trendy bar located in a nearby district.

ITINERARY
Starting from Barcelona centre (Plaza Catalunya or metro Liceu), you’ll make your way to the Camp Nou Stadium where the action begins! Take pictures of the stadium from the outside before visiting the interactive museum dedicated to FC Barcelona. It’s then time to see the stadium itself including the dressing rooms and stands, for another perfect photo opportunity. The tour then finishes with a refreshing artisanal beer in a trendy bar located in a nearby district. NB: The stadium and museum are closed on game days (and the day before for international matches) so please check with your guide for availability beforehand.

I was born and raised in Barcelona, and I’m proud to be Catalan. I’ve been working in tourism since 2013 and set out on my own as a tour guide a couple of years ago. I love football, my biggest passion, and travelling as much as possible whether in Europe or further afield in the USA and Japan. After studying Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations at Barcelona University, I completed a second degree in tourism and management. I also spend several months in London to improve my English. Inspired by a friend working as a tour guide, I decided to use my language skills, enthusiasm and interest in art and history to give tours in the city I know and love. My tours combine social, historical and political insights - to help people better understand my country - with information about gastronomy, art and history. Of course, I also talk about football at every opportunity as I have been following FC Barcelona for many years. Guiding is an ideal way for me to share my passion for my city, history and football, while giving people an alternative vision of Barcelona and Spain through the eyes of a local.
