With 25 years of experience in France and Italy, I often hear myself say that my words are perfectly clear, that I articulate very well (say the seniors!), that my organization is flawless and my knowledge of subject that I deal with, deepened. My dynamism, my good humor and above all my ability to adapt to my visitors are appreciated (for example, taking into account, in my comments, children and adults in the same group or even the walking pace of travelers more elderly) I had the privilege during my career to guide a few personalities including Erik Orsenna and even a French musical group who had the kindness to compose a song especially for me titled "Kathy, it's over" (in reference to " Capri, it's over" of course).
