You will discover all the fresh products used in the Roman cuisine, meet with the local producers and select your ingredients for the preparation of your own meal. Then, you will head to a private apartment where your cooking lesson will start. Your personal chef will show you all the skills and techniques involved in the pasta meal making process. Once your meal's ready, you will go on a secret rooftop to savor it, accompanied with some delicious wines from the region and facing the breathtaking view of Rome. ITINERARY
You will meet your chef-guide in Largo Torre Argentina from where you will walk towards the Campo di Fiori farmers' market, renowned for its fresh and seasonal products. While browsing the stalls, you will meet with local vendors and producers and learn about the different ingredients used for the preparation of pastas. After selecting your own ingredients, you will head to to a private apartment for a cooking lesson. There, you will learn Italian cooking techniques and skills to cook a delicious Italian dish with a focus on making fresh pasta. After the lesson, you will sit down together on a rooftop and enjoy the meal you have prepared, accompanied by local wines and overlooking Rome's breathtaking cityscape.
