Native of Italy, I lived, studied and travelled in the US for many years before coming back to Rome twenty years ago to start a high quality tourism and guiding company. With my team of accredited guides in Rome including several of our family members, we have a combined guiding experience of over 80 years. We know and love our city inside and out, and we are happy to share our passion for Rome and Italy with visitors. Besides English, we also speak Spanish, French, German and can make guide arrangements in all the other major languages. My goal today is to make your travel experience in Rome and Italy even more special and unforgettable. Follow us through the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Ancient Rome, the Trevi fountain and the Roman Forum. In Rome and throughout Italy, we will ensure that you are in the best and most professional hands in order to make you feel comfortable and at home in our beautiful country. PS : my tours could also be guided by another member of my team.

We would love to give you some feedback on the tour. In one word, fantastic. Our guide Sofia was a delight, so lovely, friendly and took us to some amazing places. My wife and I have been very fortunate to have travelled the world a number of times and this tour is up there with the best tours we have ever done. The amount of food we tasted left us full for two days. The places we visited we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Thanks again, and please pass on our sincere gratitude to Sofia for a wonderful tour.

"We had a fantastic tour in Rome with Dominique - member of Carlo's tam - she is very knowledgeable and gave us great inside about the Food and the Life in Rome. It was a pleasure to listen and walking with Dominique thru the beautiful Streets with all the great places we visited. We truly consider to contact Unique Tours for our next visit in Europe or even Rome."

"The tour was entirely wonderful. Our guide Dominique - member of Carlo's team - was extremely charming and knowledgeable about every aspect of Roman and Italian food, but also about the history of the City and the lovely neighborhood of Trastevere. She took us to numerous shops offering the very finest foods of Rome, and introduced us to the merchants, many of whom had been operating their businesses for many generations. She taught us so much about how to find the best establishments and ingredients, and emphasized the benefits of simple, natural and pure food- the essence of great Italian food. And the food we sampled! We were offered generous samples of the finest buffalo mozzarella, Prociutto di Parma, Pecorino Romano, Suppli, Sicilian pastries, Roman pizza, artisanal gelato, and all of that was followed by a delicious pasta lunch with wine at a slow food restaurant. The tour was a joy, an education, and a tremendous value for what we paid. Our thanks to you and to Dominique!"
