I’m originally from Czechoslovakia and I worked in numerous countries before settling in France, attracted above all by the history, wine and my fiancée! I graduated from Hotel Management School, before training as a sommelier. With experience working in Germany, London, France and Singapore, seven years ago, I decided to set up my own guiding company, focusing initially on the wines regions around the River Loire, Champagne & Burgundy. I’m fascinated by history, particularly World War II, and have taken specialist courses to deepen my understanding. During my tours, I - or one of my partner guides - will take you beyond Paris to Normandy, the Loire Valley, Giverny and the Champagne region. You’ll get unique insights in French wine, history and architecture, while uncovering secrets and stories that bring the country to life. I’m a big fan of mountain biking and I like spending time with my family and meeting new people.
