During this exclusive tour, you will discover the culture of this beautiful city, between history, heritage and gastronomy. Accompanied by an expert guide, visit the Vieux Lyon traboules while enjoying a delicious breakfast based on the Lyon delicacy, praline, before heading to the "Presqu'île", which is filled with authentic restaurants. Throughout your walk, your guide will tell you stories of "bouchons", the local gastronomy and its chefs such as Paul Bocuse and Mère Brazier. Then continue in the famous covered market Les Halles Paul Bocuse, showcase the excellence of local products and traditional gastronomic houses. Built in 1971 to replace the old halls of the city center, it is sponsored by star chef Paul Bocuse. On site you will meet traders who will make you taste local produce such as "quenelles", as well as charcuterie, cheese and wine.

ITINERARY
Join your guide in the Old Lyon for a delightful walk half a day, starting with the visit of the neighborhood in which you will enjoy a traditional Lyonnaise breakfast Lyon based on praline. You will continue your walk through the alleyways and the Cathédrale Saint Jean, then crossing the Saône to reach the "Presqu'iîle" and its many historic restaurants. Along the way, your guide will tell you the history of the Lyonnaise gastronomy, its bouchons (traditional restaurants) and its chefs. Then, take the bus to the famous covered market Les Halles Paul Bocuse where you can sample many local specialties including "quenelles", charcuterie, wines and cheese.
