This 3-hour chocolate tour is an ideal way to see a sweeter side to London while indulging in chocolate from its finest boutiques. Combining my two passions, I decided to fulfil my dream of setting up a business to show people around London and provide insight into chocolate. 9 years later, I still love meeting new people and introducing them to incredible chocolate. As well as running my chocolate tours, I am currently consulting for various businesses on cost analysis, strategy, taste analysis and recipe development. I also write and speak about chocolate, desserts and food for different events and publications, and am hatching plenty of plans for the future. I was privileged enough to be on the Grand Jury of the International Chocolate Awards, Academy of Chocolate Awards and Great Taste Awards.
