As well as running my chocolate tours, I am currently consulting for various businesses on cost analysis, strategy, taste analysis and recipe development. I also write and speak about chocolate, desserts and food for different events and publications, and am hatching plenty of plans for the future. I was privileged enough to be on the Grand Jury of the International Chocolate Awards, Academy of Chocolate Awards and Great Taste Awards. We enjoyed our ice cream tour of Soho with Jennifer. It was a great way to begin our visit to London—learning more about one of the neighborhoods while enjoying tasty treats along the way. If anything, it was too many treats! Jennifer was warm, kind and knowledgeable, and we were grateful for the coupons we received to go back and visit the locations again during our stay. We definitely recommend the tour!
